Prices do not include administering medication (this will be charged separately).

All purchases are non refundable.

Payments can be transferred to other dates by prior written agreement.

When invoices are presented they must be paid promptly. 

A booking is only confirmed when the services are paid in full.  

Rates are guaranteed for paid bookings only.

General enquiries are not guaranteed rates until the applicable booking invoice has been paid.

Whilst we do not offer overnight stays at your property we can board kittens at our carer's home. Please ask for more details.
